		<description>I took you up on adding a walk to my day plan ... 3:30 PM is my target time.  I find myself finishing projects so I can feel good about my walk and then I still get back in time to do anything else the day may call for. Some people take smoke or coffee breaks, I accumulate my time and take my 25 minute, 1.2 mile walk. 
 
When I come back I feel great about the walk and have a cleared head about what to do with the rest of my day! Now I find my day incomplete without my walk and brain clearing period. Thanx Judith ... Dawn Renee Mallory ... Personal Trainer for Hair
